About a year or less i took my iPad in to get a new screen fixed. Unfortunately when i received my iPad back the lock button was stuck which on the bible/mothers name was not like that before. They said the only thing they could do for me was to take the screen off by cracking/breaking the new screen they had just put on and see if it was a fault of mine or theirs. In mind, i told them in the shop there and then when i got my iPad back it was broken by them. If i had broken it before taking it into the store id of let them know so 2 jobs can be fixed at once. If they find it wasn't their fault...which how am i meant to take their word?? bit unfair(They also said it would be highly unlikely it was their fault) i'd be the one having to pay to fix the lock button and a new screen which cost me around £80 already if im correct..apologies if not. They guys in the shop were not rude just intimidating to a young teenager by giving this information out knowing i did nothing wrong. Had to end up leaving as I couldn't afford another £80 of damage that wasn't my fault. The reason im reviewing now is that i took the iPad into a store in Llangefni recently (who by the way, the gentlemen there are lovely). I broke the screen not long after the replacement (fragile) and i didn't want to deal with the same men again. The guys in Llangefni showed/informed me that mobile, RS had plastered glue all over the back of the screen and which seeped into the lock button. It was a mess and apparently isn't the professional way of fixing a screen. Also, took the iPad to sell into CEX BANGOR, and the manager there even said some not so nice things about this store and other client complaints! Should be shut down. Just wish i wasn't so timid and nervous and spoke up for myself. But I guess what was i meant to do with their own made up policy. They should be ashamed really. Really hope you create some agreement where you and the client write what is working/not working on a form and sign! >also I've seen in other reviews you say the reviewer went to the wrong shop...this was definitely you im afraid. I live locally and your shop has been around a fair few years. The red one, with 2 desks on he left and right with a door in the middle where you do the repairs...glass cabinet in the middle etc. Never got that lock screen repaired and now stuck with an iPad i can't use efficiently. Even read on your comment back on reviews...you do refunds/repairs on items which you guys did faulty but i never ever got that mentioned to me. If it was which i thought would be the first thing to come out of your mouth id of snapped that offer right up, as being a school student doesn't come with a good bank balance. But i instead had a slap in a face of basically 'wasn't our fault, can check for you but its unlikely not our fault, and you're going to have to pay for the new screen on top. Wish i took the iPad and walked out the shop without paying. Working hard with studying and an evening job just feels hurtful when £80 takes me 18h+ to earn. Imagine paying up another £80 for a fault not of mine.

Mobilia is also a DHL agent. Used them last week to send a parcel to Kenya. Very friendly and helpful. Also recived a very reasonable quote on a phone repair.

VERY BAD I had to fix my broken iphone 7 screen in this shop, when I picked up the colors that were far less sharp, I went straight back but they found this normal color because I was on vacation I did not pay more attention to this but back in the Netherlands I also had problems with the screen (much less sensitive). I went to a mobile phone shop in the Netherlands to watch this screen again, this screen has been replaced by an original !!!! apple screen. The screen made by mobilia was not original but for an original price !!! (171 euros) in the device a number of things were crooked and broken and therefore no longer possible to replace all the screws back again! now there is an original apple screen for the same price and the colors and sensitivity of the screen are now perfect !! SO PEOPLE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PHONE TO REPAIR !!! Oktober 2017. Thanks for your answer, but was definitly your shop and the price i had paid is also correct, i can show my bankstatement if neccesary! ( there is also your name mentioned) I had been back in your shop because the screen was not Allright but according to you there were no problems! So your answer does not matter!
